Rooftop travel

The sun is shining, no clouds, perfect day to get in a bikini, and head to... the roof. That's right. Heading to the beach? I think not. Hampton's maybe, but let's be real serious, after looking at our calendar we won't be seeing the Hampton's for quite some time. 

So, to feed our need for sun basking and sun kissed bodies, we travel to the roof, and proceed to lather up in Hawaiian Tropic Silk Hydration spf 50. (We don't skimp, WanderLust vampires like to play it safe when it comes to the sun.) For those who don't burn, it comes in spf 12 and 30 as well! The scent and feel is amazzzing.

Regardless if we're sitting on sand, or some sort of sticky tar like material, we always bring the Things We Love: our Anna Sui towel, Marc by Marc Jacobs larger than life sunglasses, a giant Foley + Corinna bag filled with all sorts of things (i.e. magazines, music, notepads, nail polish,) however, we usually just shut our eyes, the city sirens become white noise, and we take in our wonderful pseudo New York City beach.
